Simple arithmetic shows that Biwon is the best Korean restaurant in Mexico City: it has cero bad dishes. The yukgaejang is the evil twin of a great mole de olla; the ramyun –Shin, obviously– is already hot-headed by the magnificent banchan (#ProTip: order the sautéed spicy bacon and use it as topping) and the barbecue is abundant, of wicked high quality.
